Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

  • receiving, confirming and fulfilling customer orders according to agreed commercial terms and the customer's current payment status
  • issuing invoices
  • coordinating shipping and transport to the customer
  • daily phone and email contact with customers
  • building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • resolving delivery-process issues
  • working with other departments on order fulfilment (warehouse and office)

Requirements

  • sales experience welcome
  • punctuality
  • ability to work in a team
  • ease of building contacts
  • knowledge of SAP is a plus
